Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Supervisor to lead and support our team in achieving quality and production goals. This role requires maintaining a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work environment while overseeing various aspects of the production process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Lead and support the injection molding team to meet quality and production goals.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor labor costs, attendance, and approve timecards.
• Address safety incidents and recommend preventive actions.
• Coach employees, conduct reviews, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Step in on the production line as needed to maintain output.
• Analyze production reports to resolve performance issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Experience in injection molding and supervision.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in a manufacturing production facility, preferably in injection molding, concrete, assembly, or chemical production.
• 3 - 5 years of experience with complex machines and providing frontline leadership to production staff.
• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience in all areas of the production line.
• Robust mechanical aptitude and prior experience operating intricate and hazardous machinery.
• Demonstrated commitment to surpassing job expectations.

Work Environment

Work the night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM, leading a team of 7. Embrace the challenges and rewards of a fast-paced and high-volume work environment, where teamwork and safety are paramount.

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
