Job Details Production Supervisor Responsibilities: Ensure effective production planning and scheduling throughout the assigned shift. Monitor workflow to minimize deviations from the production schedule. Maintain a balanced approach to labor costs and machine utilization. Provide leadership, motivation, and development opportunities for team members to support performance and growth. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in all work areas. Collaborate with other departments and support cross-functional initiatives as needed. Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Plant Manager. Perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and stooping. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes and workflow. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset. Ability to lift and handle materials up to 100 lbs. routinely. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Good vision required, including close, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
