Our roster has an opening with your name on it. The product team is looking for a senior product leader to define and drive new product initiatives focusing on a variety of Core platform capability shared across all of our customer-facing products. This role focuses on our marketing technology (mar-tech) and generosity enablement platforms. This includes our promotion & offers platform, marketing orchestration platforms, data integrations and more. In this role you will ideate, draft and shape new features and closely collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Business Development, Legal, Product, Compliance, and many other teams across FanDuel.
The Product Senior Director is responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for their product area and for communicating this across all participants and stakeholders. The role includes ensuring the planning, prioritization and execution of a broad range of successful products. The Product Senior Director works closely with Product Managers to ensure product goals are clearly defined and with engineering counterparts to ensure the smooth delivery of the relevant product solutions to the market for our customers. The Product Senior Director will instill a customer obsessed mindset across the teams and will use a metric/KPI driven approach to roadmap decisions aided by establishing, tracking and reporting on product performance.
Note this role is not directly responsible for the creation or operational delivery of marketing content; this role will partner closely with those teams to develop a mar-tech stack to enable our business needs.

The applicable salary range for this position is $186,000 - $256,300 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
