Beacon Hill is hiring a temp Paralegal/Attorney to support a Personal Injury Legal team. The position is full-time, for a 60-day contract assignment. This is an on-site role based in Hamilton, NJ, five days per week. The selected candidate will support a personal injury shareholder team and will be responsible for drafting legal documents, managing filings, and assisting with case preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal or attorney with strong litigation support skills who enjoys fast-paced, detail-oriented work.
Responsibilities:
Draft memos related to personal injury matters.
Draft motions and other litigation documents as needed.
Manage and organize legal complaints and related case materials.
Handle Pennsylvania e-filing of pleadings and other submissions.
Assist with case management tasks and workflow for the personal injury team.
Coordinate documentation, deadlines, and follow-ups with internal legal staff.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all filings meet required standards.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Sophisticated paralegal or licensed attorney with relevant litigation experience.
Strong background in drafting legal documents, including memos, motions, and complaints.
Experience with PA e-filing systems required.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple case-related tasks under set deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
