HWNI + Family seeking Part Time Personal Assistant
Location: Westchester County, NY
(Hybrid position), Roughly 10 -15 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Directly support HWNI + family with personal administrative duties
- Manage travel arrangements, coordinate calendars appointments, meetings, doctor appointments, manage lunch and dinner reservations
- Provide property management of 3 homes in NY, FL, CO and oversee household staff and seasonal projects
- On-board new management company, liaise with vendors and handle invoicing and bill payment – look for discrepancies and flag to HNWI as needed
- Assist family with filling out medical documents, health insurance claims, car insurance, inspections, maintenance for cars, etc.
- Manage events/ party invitations, list management, party planning (liaise with vendors, manage budget and venues), prepare holiday cards, manage incoming and outgoing mail, donations and other personal projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5 + years of EA or PA experience, open to industry, prefer someone who has supported HWNI in finance or corporate organization but can be open to industry
- Valid Drivers license required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
