Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Provide daily technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues. Maintain and troubleshoot systems running Windows 11, MacOS, iOS and other operating systems. Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. Administer and maintain VoIP and Unified Communications. Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and group policies. Work closely with vendors and service providers for IT-related needs. Monitor system performance and ensure network security and efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience with Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Outlook integration. Competency in supporting iOS devices (iPhones, iPads) and MacOS workstations. Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs). Experience with mobile device support and management tools (iOS, Android). Optional but advantageous: experience with security appliances and endpoint protection.
