New Way Lending is hiring experienced and licensed mortgage loan officers for both refinance and purchase loan officer positions. We provide fresh leads daily, helping you succeed in the competitive mortgage industry. Responsibilities Licensing: You must have a valid NMLS license to help clients with mortgage loans. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry or in a sales role. Strong Sales Skills: You should be able to build relationships, generate leads, and close loans successfully in a competitive market. Customer-Focused: You need excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients reach their homeownership goals. Detail-Oriented: You should be organized and able to manage multiple loans and tasks at the same time. Problem Solving: You must be able to analyze financial information and recommend the best loan options for clients.
