Identify customer needs and provide tailored guidance for product solutions. Recommend loan solutions to customers to improve their overall financial position. Take applications with the intent to proceed and guide customers through the mortgage process. Pre-qualify customers based on the information provided. Manage pipeline activities while meeting production goals, compliance requirements, and company guidelines in adherence to lending regulations. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients. Qualifications Previous experience in mortgage loan origination or a related field. Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage technology to enhance customer service and streamline processes. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
