**Up to $100,000\nSign-On Bonus

**$150K-200K Salary (varies based on Experience/Qualifications)

Blue Ridge Veterinary Associates is a\nwell-established, small animal and exotics hospital. We are also one of the\nonly practices in the area that accepts all Good Samaritan wildlife drop-offs\nfor triage before transferring to rehabilitation. You should be passionate about\nproviding quality medicine, client education, and exceptional service to our\nloyal clientele.

Advancing Medical Care

\n
• Oversee\n and develop the surgical and medical direction of the practice. Ensuring standards of care are being\n followed by the medical team
\n
• Answer\n client questions and concerns regarding medical and surgical procedures
\n
• Provide\n oversight and direction of medical standards, quality of care and\n inventory
\n
• Minimize\n waste and controls costs relating to medical supplies, surgical\n instruments, and drug inventories
\n

Leading Staff and Practice

\n
• Participate\n in recruiting and interviewing process for doctors and, when appropriate,\n general staff members
\n
• Be\n passionate about Mentoring other Associates
\n
• Monitor\n Doctor performance and production
\n
• Ensure\n all medical staff receive applicable training, including the mentoring of\n new graduates
\n
• Support\n the Hospital Manager with staff training programs and tracking CE and DVM\n licensure
\n
