🔍 We're Hiring: Surgical Sales Representative (Spine Division) – Port St. Lucie / Stuart, FL

Are you a self-driven professional with a strong background in  clinical operating room experience and  sales ? We're looking for a  Surgical Sales Representative to join our growing team representing  multiple lines of cutting-edge spinal hardware in one of the most fast-paced, rewarding environments in the medical device industry.

📍 Territory: Port St. Lucie & Stuart, Florida

📦 Industry: Surgical Hardware Distribution – Spine Focus

🚨 About the Role:

This isn’t your average sales job — this is for the  grinders, the hustlers, the detail-oriented performers who know their way around the operating room and can thrive in high-pressure environments. You’ll be expected to:

• Drive new business through  cold calling and  prospecting
• Set meetings with surgeons, staff, and hospital stakeholders
• Deliver surgical instrumentation and implants on time, every time
• Be present and provide  technical support during spinal procedures
• Stay compliant with  hospital credentialing and vendor policies
• Attend  industry events ,  training sessions , and  compliance programs
• Pass  drug screenings and background checks for hospital access

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience inside the clinical operating room
• Prior  sales experience (medical or surgical preferred)
• Familiarity with  spinal hardware or orthopedic products is mandatory
• Must be highly  self-motivated , organized, and ready to learn fast
• Ability to manage logistics, client relationships, and complex schedules
• Must have a  reliable vehicle and  flexible availability
