Front Office Medical Assistant – Join Our Team!

Are you an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Our busy practice is seeking a Front Office Medical Assistant to support our Surgical Coordinator and keep our front office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong administrative and communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming office experience.

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out.

• Assist with verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and updating patient records.

• Coordinate with the Surgical Coordinator to prepare and organize patient files.

• Handle referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up calls.

• Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-stocked front office environment.

• Support the team with other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Comfortable with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• A team player who is dependable and adaptable.
