The Role: Marketing Event Coordinator

What Youll Do:

  • Sales Team Support: work together with our sales reps and sales directors to identify and evaluate marketing opportunities for us to improve brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue in their markets.
  • Event Marketing: Evaluate, plan, coordinate logistics, promote and periodically work in-person and virtual events with sales reps as needed.
  • CRM Event Campaign Management: ensuring that all leads generated are imported, tagged for tracking, and handed off to the appropriate teams for follow-up in a timely manner.
  • Internal Event Planning & Management: You will assist the Marketing Events Manager and Field Marketing Director with planning internal Kings III events.
  • Email/Social Media Marketing: act as a key liaison with our digital marketing team to ensure seamless team communication and collaboration.
  • Marketing Vendor Relationships: Assist in managing marketing department key vendor relationships.
  • Special Campaign Work: We are constantly evaluating additional topics and/or market-specific opportunities.
  • Other duties as required.

What Youll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in a well-rounded hands-on marketing role
  • 2+ years experience with event planning and trade shows
  • Self-motivated quick learner
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects/events
  • Naturally curious, focused on tracking and data to identify whats working and whats not
  • Goal-oriented and dependable
  • Positive, competitive, and determined attitude.
  • Superior oral and written communication
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
  • The ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day
  • Familiarity with Monday.com preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com a plus) preferred
  • Familiarity with Cvent preferred
