Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Onsite – New Bedford, MA

Schedule: Rotational – 7 days on / 7 days off (12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time

Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Our client is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinators to join their team onsite in New Bedford, MA. This is a rotational position, ideal for candidates with a background in maritime logistics, marine coordination, or offshore operations.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Marine Coordination Centre, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant operations for vessel and personnel movements on and around the windfarm.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marine Coordination Centre with emergency coordination as needed
• Assist with crew compliance checks , certifications, and documentation for Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), Service Operation Vessels (SOVs), and Guard Vessels
• Coordinate and arrange technician travel , lodging, transportation, and personal effects
• Support day-to-day administrative and logistical operations for vessels and offshore crews
• Assist with equipment, tools, and supply coordination , including tracking of dangerous goods
• Attend and report on vessel loading operations
• Recommend process improvements for safe and efficient transportation of people and cargo
• Maintain accurate records of crew manifests , rotations, and personnel lists
• Monitor inventory of tools, consumables, and equipment both onshore and onboard
• Provide general support for windfarm logistics and administration

Requirements

• College degree preferred, but not required
• Basic knowledge of the maritime industry and offshore operations
• Familiarity with marine safety standards and emergency response protocols
• Strong computer literacy , especially with tools used for reporting and logistics tracking
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must be local to the New Bedford, MA area
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
