What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Learning and Development, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, up-to-date, and impactful learning for the Company’s Americas and International regions. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and Learning Producers to deliver on strategies, seek commonality, and identify local requirements to deliver effective learning solutions to meet business and talent needs.

• Partners with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and priorities and create relevant learning content
• Applies principles of instructional design and adult learning theory to develop and position solutions to address needs of the business
• Drives creation of learning solutions
• Advances learning strategy emphasizing global core learning as well as identifying areas of commonality and localized differences
• Develops In-depth knowledge of content and performance requirements in assigned area of focus
• Continually evaluates and updates content to enhance effectiveness and improve outcomes based on key performance indicators, including business performance, learning outcomes, consumption and adoption rates
• Designs learning plans, curricula, and content using sound instructional design, including partnering with external learning suppliers; determine modality (eLearning, videos, job aids, etc.).
• Writes scripts and story boards
• Partners with in-house producers to build eLearning
• Stay up to date on latest learning theories, instructional design and emerging technology

You should apply if you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in education, instructional design or related field is a plus
• 5+ years related work experience, HR or similar field a plus
• Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design theories
• Experience with learning management systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and instructional design skills
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead a discussion and find consensus
• Ability to build strong relationships, influence and gain buy-in at all levels of the organization
• Collaborative team player who is able to work in a fast-paced service-oriented work environment
• Self-starter who is able to initiate work and begin projects independently
• This is an in-office position.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
