Our firm is searching for an experienced landscape architect / Sr. Project Manager. Candidate Requirements

• BLA or higher from a US-based accredited collegiate landscape architecture program
• 6+ years of experience at a professional design firm.
• Eligible to work in the United States, without sponsorship of H-1B visa

Responsibilities

• Leading Project Design and Documentation Process(es) + Project Teams
• Client Relationship Management
• Management of Project Procurement and Contracting
• Assistance with and/or Writing Pre-Project Proposals for Client Review

Skills

• Experience with Client Relationship Management
• Proficient in AutoCad, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
• Preferred experience with LandFX, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, 3D modeling & rendering software, hand graphics
• Construction Observation Assistance or Direct Experience preferred.
