Job Summary:
Apple is a company that values individual imaginations and innovation. They are seeking a resourceful software engineer to develop the next generation of Siri's natural interaction platform, focusing on improving Siri capabilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop Siri’s next generation of natural interaction platforms on Apple’s innovative devices
• Improve and build features to help improve overall Siri capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve dependencies
• Triage issues resulting from internal live-on population
• Analyze logs, reproduce bugs and help determine priority of problems
• Identify emerging trends across the reported issues
Qualifications:
Required:
• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Swift/Objective-C programming language Swift or Objective-C.
• 2-3 years of experience software development - contributed to code, code reviews, design reviews, and maintain production systems.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, with excellent expertise in Concurrency, Distributed Systems, and API design.
Preferred:
• Expertise in design patterns.
• Have contributed to shipping platform/products to production, and supported/extended them post launch.
• Have driven technical decision-making and software development from product definition to ship for multiple shipped products.
