Responsibilities Act as a key resource for Wi-Fi services, evaluating and recommending new and existing Wi-Fi routers. Troubleshoot Wi-Fi-related issues for customers and vendors, providing best practice recommendations. Manage upgrades for Wi-Fi products and support new commercial and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) Internet customers. Oversee installation, layout, and maintenance of network equipment. Design, plan, and provide technical support for a fiber-based network. Participate in an on-call rotation with the engineering team. Support provisioning and technical assistance as needed. Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Nokia, Ciena, and Cisco network equipment. Intermediate expertise in PON configurations, fiber termination specifications, and related technologies. Familiarity with speed test servers, IPADs, and adapters. Basic understanding of Unix-based scripting and systems management. Excellent project management, written, and communication skills.
