Description

At JustNLife.com, were seeking creative, driven individuals for a 6-month, unpaid remote Junior Editorial Writer Intern - Pop Culture & Lifestyle .

This flexible remote role requires excellent time management and a passion for digital storytelling. Writers are expected to produce 2 articles per week within an assigned topic vertical, focusing on trending and timely content.

Interns will pitch and develop articles based on current news, pop culture, or lifestyle trends, with guidance from our editorial team. All posts are reviewed by a Publishing Editor before being published under our collective byline on JustNLife.com.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable researching and writing independently. This internship offers a chance to grow your portfolio, strengthen your writing voice, and gain real-world digital media experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the editorial team to generate creative content ideas and ensure consistency with our brand voice.
• Conduct interviews and gather information from reliable sources to enhance the depth and quality of articles.
• Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously.
• Revise and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to enhance our content strategy.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of pop culture and current trends.
• Ability to adapt to the company's voice and style.
• Skilled at crafting focused, engaging content.
• Capable of conducting thorough research and translating findings into compelling articles.
• Recent graduate, adult learner, or currently enrolled in a relevant program such as Journalism, Marketing, English, or Communications.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
