We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Saint Louis. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about client service, business development, and account coordination. The Junior Account Representative will support account managers, maintain client relationships, and help ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and growing existing client accounts

  • Support senior account managers with administrative and operational tasks

  • Prepare and deliver client reports, updates, and presentations

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct market and client research to support strategy development

  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations

  • Maintain organized records of account activities and communications

Qualifications



Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative support role is a plus
