WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking an WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking an Investment Research Analyst to conduct fundamental and quantitative research on publicly traded companies for potential inclusion in the firm’s diversified portfolio. This position is responsible for disseminating information on the industry and contributes to the performance of the firm’s individual equity strategies through research findings and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities Research and analyze company fundamentals and industry data Prepare written company and industry research reports Support recommendations with a clear and concisely articulated investment thesis and support materials Monitor news flow related to existing holdings and report pertinent information on a timely basis Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis Support ad hoc requests from financial advisors and clients Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Completion of a four-year college degree 3 to 7 years' experience working in Investment Research Desired Qualifications/Skills Strong preference for CFA certification (or significant progress toward obtaining certification) Data Science background and/or experience with AI highly desired Familiarity with research systems such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail Insatiable curiosity for knowledge in the industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Understanding of a diverse and comprehensive research process WHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?
