Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative – St. Petersburg, FL

Pay Rate: $19.29/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire | Location: Onsite
Bonus: Additional compensation for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates

ArangoHRS is partnering a leading manufacturer in the swimming pool industry, to hire a skilled and service-driven Customer Service Representative . This is more than a call center job — this is an opportunity to join a dynamic, growth-focused team delivering world-class technical support and red-carpet service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-touch customer support via inbound calls — no cold calling!
• Perform basic troubleshooting for pool equipment including heat pumps, salt systems, and control panels (full training provided)
• Accurately enter and track service calls in internal databases and CRM tools
• Follow up with customers and ensure complete satisfaction
• Collaborate with the team to provide a seamless customer experience

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment
• Excellent phone presence and problem-solving abilities
• Tech-savvy with solid computer and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail and strong documentation practices
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass background check and drug test

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in HVAC, electrical, or swimming pool systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (additional compensation offered!)
