We are seeking an HVAC Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced HVAC technicians. This role is designed to equip apprentices with the skills and knowledge needed to become fully qualified HVAC professionals.

As an HVAC Apprentice , you will assist technicians with job completion while developing hands-on HVAC skills. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized shop and truck, learning essential HVAC techniques, and preparing to transition into a fully qualified HVAC technician role.

• Assist HVAC technicians with system repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Learn HVAC fundamentals, including refrigeration, ductwork, electrical systems, and local building codes.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision, such as filter changes, coil cleaning, and minor system adjustments.
• Support HVAC system installations in residential and commercial settings.
• Maintain tools, ensuring they are clean, organized, and readily available.
• Follow safety procedures, wear protective gear, and comply with industry safety standards.
• Document work details, including repairs completed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and apply HVAC trade skills effectively.
• Commitment to professional growth and becoming a qualified HVAC technician.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teammates.

• At least one year of HVAC industry experience preferred but not required.

• Must be able to lift/carry 50+ pounds as needed.
• Prolonged periods of bending, kneeling, pulling, and pushing during work tasks.
