We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our 128-unit property. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English & Spanish), possess strong leadership and hospitality management experience, and have a deep understanding of marketing, human resources, and financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Hotel Operations Management: Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth: Design and execute marketing campaigns: digital and traditional to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Staff Leadership & Development: Supervise a team including 4 housekeepers, 2 maintenance staff, and 4 front desk associates (3 of which are assistant managers). Provide training, coaching, and performance management.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial reporting, credit card transactions, and cost controls.
- Customer Service: Maintain high service standards, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a positive reputation.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and hospitality regulations.
- Bilingual Communication: Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with hospitality management software is a plus.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel operations or hotel management (4+ years of experience)
- Strong proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- Financial literacy including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and basic accounting.
- Human resources knowledge including training, compliance, and employee engagement.
