Job Description

Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Behavior Technicians to assist a student either 1:1 or in a small group setting in a classroom during school hours for the 2025-2026 school year for the Orange County region! The Behavior Technician position involves supervision and helping manage behaviors and some aggressive behaviors and ensuring students are keeping on track with homework and classwork. Minimum 1 year of previous Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience required. Details: - Monday - Friday (weekends off!) - 28-30 hours a week (hours vary between 7:30am-4pm) - Pay Rate - $25-27 / hour based on experience and location Locations we support at: + Mission Viejo + Garden Grove + Fullerton + Placentia + Newport + Costa Mesa We also have on-call substitute positions available for anyone that can work 2-5 days a week, Monday-Friday.
