IFR Pilot - Victoria, TX
Location: Victoria, TX | Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 | Housing Provided
About the Role Total Aviation Staffing is seeking a dedicated IFR Pilot to join an elite team providing life-saving air medical services in Victoria, Texas . This is an incredible opportunity to combine your aviation expertise with meaningful, mission-driven work in a highly rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities - Perform EC135 SPIFR/NVG Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations under CAMTS guidelines.
- Engage in 24-hour operations with day and night rotations.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and Destination Zero initiatives.
- Participate in community outreach programs to represent the company positively.
- Assist with patient and equipment transport as needed.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections in compliance with aviation and safety standards.
Qualifications - Licenses and Certifications:
- Commercial Helicopter License with Instrument Rating (ATP required within 12 months).
- First Class Medical Certification.
- Flight Experience:
- 2,000 total hours (1,500 helicopter, 1,000 PIC helicopter, 500 turbine helicopter).
- 100 hours instrument time and 100 hours NVG or 50 hours unaided night + 100 hours NVG.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must meet a body weight limit of 235 lbs .
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs for assisting with equipment and patient transport.
Compensation & Benefits - Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 .
- Housing: Off-duty housing provided.

- Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off rotation.
