We offer a comprehensive benefits package for 30 to 40-hour workweeks, including a defined contribution of up to $14,580 annually (prorated for part-time), which can be used to select benefits on a cafeteria plan. Unused contributions are paid as taxable earnings. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Support Quality Improvement leadership in developing and implementing the Quality Improvement Program (QIP) for mental health services. Contribute to clinical operations improvement activities, including audits, record requests, mail processing, record storage, chart validation, report preparation, and compliance monitoring. Manage HIM operations, ensure regulatory compliance, compile and analyze operational reports, and meet quality and quantity goals. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Requires a High School diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of clerical experience; associate’s degree preferred. Proven typing speed of 35 WPM, intermediate MS Office skills, familiarity with EHR systems (AVATAR preferred), and knowledge of mental health documentation and regulations are desired. Must demonstrate effective communication, organizational skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work with high-risk populations. Valid California driver’s license and physical ability to perform essential functions are required.
