Job Title: Packaging Specialist Mid-Level

Location: Framingham, MA (Hybrid work model 2 days remote)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Senior Packaging Specialist to develop engaging brand packaging in line with brand guidelines for a variety of products.
2. Create and distribute visual tools/artwork as requested by internal and external clients.
3. Oversee the entire design process, from concept to shelf, ensuring all components are approved and executed successfully before press and delivery.
4. Adhere to all internal and external deadlines for each category.
5. Assist the Senior Packaging Specialist with photography requirements for packaging.
6. Design and execute prototypes for presentations and/or approval needs.
7. Undertake special projects as assigned.

Skills Required:

1. BFA or related degree in design preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of design-related experience.
3. Excellent color, type, and style sense.
4. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.
6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and supporting office programs.
