Job Title: Graphic Designer – Design Systems (Gaming)

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Contract Duration : 6-Month W2 Contract (Potential to Extend)

Pay Rate: $42–$48/hour (depending on experience)

We’re partnering with a leading global tech company to find a Graphic Designer who specializes in design systems to help elevate their growing cloud gaming brand. This is a unique opportunity to bring your love for gaming and technical design expertise together in a creative, high-impact role.

As part of a small, embedded creative team, you'll be the architect of a scalable, Figma-based design system used across marketing campaigns, multiple games, and global markets. If you're a systems thinker who thrives on creating beautiful, functional assets with precision and consistency—this role is made for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain a robust Figma design system that scales across thousands of touchpoints
• Build reusable components, templates, and smart workflows that streamline production
• Contribute to the global expansion of a gaming platform by supporting creative asset development across markets
• Collaborate with a team of creatives focused on launching new games and rebranding efforts
• Improve upon existing design systems built to support fast-paced marketing campaigns

Top Skills We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of design experience (minimum 2+ years working specifically in design systems)
• Advanced Figma skills, especially with auto-layout, variables, and component systems
• A strong visual design foundation: typography, layout, hierarchy
• A portfolio showcasing your design system work
• A passion for gaming (personal interest is a big plus!)
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, UX—or equivalent experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience with design automation or design tokens
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices
• Basic understanding of front-end development
• JavaScript and Figma plugin development skills
