You will accept appointments on an as needed basis. The ideal interpreter has 2 years of experience interpreting and has experience in a variety of settings. What you will do Provide on-site, in-person interpretation Be a liaison using the client’s preferred language Accurately interpret appropriate to the setting and audience Comply with all state, local, and federal laws and regulations regarding privacy and confidentiality of medical information, including HIPAA Requirements Interpreting certifications, preferred Minimum of 2 years medical interpreting experience Minimum of 3 years overall interpreting experience Ability to keep accurate records As an Independent Contractor Interpreter, you will not be an employee of LTC.
