You will accept appointments on an as-needed basis. The ideal interpreter has 2 years of experience interpreting and has experience in a variety of settings. Responsibilities Provide on-site, in-person interpretation. Be a liaison using the client’s preferred language Accurately interpret appropriate to the setting and audience. Comply with all state, local, and federal laws and regulations regarding privacy and confidentiality of medical information, including HIPAA.
