Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Freight Forwarder, Air Export to join their team. As a Freight Forwarder, Air Export, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Freight Forwarder, Air Export Location: Oklahoma City Pay Range: $17 - $20 What's the Job? Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels. Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments. Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. What's Needed? Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred. Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable. Strong mathematical skills. Excellent communication skills to manage customer relationships. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. What's in it for me?
