Infinity Floral Designs in Surprise, AZ is looking for one Florist Assistant/ Customer Service to join our team. We are located on 12801 W Bell Rd Ste 107. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Prefer prior experience working in a flower shop or professionally arranging flowers.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be familiar with flower names and have experience in customer service
Responsibilities:
• Design arrangements as needed by Florist
• Process incoming Floral Shipments daily
• Maintain a clean environment by cleaning the cooler, buckets, mopping, etc
• Answer phones and take orders on an online platform
• Work closely with Florist to answer customer's questions about pricing, arrangements, flower availability, etc
• Assist Walk-In customers
• Prioritize tasks and adjust to busy periods of the day. Work closely with Florist to keep things efficient for Staff.
• May Occasionally deliver arrangements, pick up flowers or other supplies.
Schedule:
•Monday to Friday
