About the Role
We are seeking Flight Nurses to join an elite air medical transport team based in Albuquerque, NM , with occasional travel to Grants, NM, or Tucumcari, NM. In this role, you will provide advanced patient care during critical emergency transports, working alongside a dedicated crew to ensure safety and excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments for critically ill and injured patients during transport.
• Document detailed and accurate information for patient care and billing purposes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Enhance expertise through mandatory meetings, skill labs, clinical rotations, and ongoing education.
• Maintain compliance with all certifications and regulatory standards.
• Operate within the scope of practice as defined by the local Department of Health Services.

What You Bring

• Active RN License : Valid in the state of employment.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in critical care or emergency settings.
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP preferred).
• Specialized Credentials : CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
• Physical Requirements : Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred Qualifications : Flight or transport experience and instructor certifications.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay : $28.73–$41.01 per hour, with annual earnings of $97,452–$139,208.
• Location Bonus : Up to 15% for eligible candidates.
