Salary:

FLIGHT ATTENDANT

Freight Runners Express / Air Charter Express (FRE/ACE) is searching for both entry level and qualified part 135 Flight Attendants for Full-Time employment.

COMPENSATION

• First year average including extra pay and per-diem - $58,000
• Base Salary - $46,200
• Per Diem - Each hour away from base, or portion thereof; $2.83/hour domestic and $5.50/hour international
• Extra Pay for each live nautical mile flown
• Minimum of 120 days off a year

AIRCRAFT

30-passenger SAAB 2000

DUTIES

• Stocking and cleaning of the aircraft
• Assist in passenger baggage loading
• Perform internal safety inspection of the aircraft prior to and after flight
• Demonstrate and give public address announcements of the location of emergency exits, use of floatation devices, oxygen, and seat belts
• Secure all doors, carts, and modules in galley
• Distribute snacks, drinks, liquor, and food to passengers in flight
• Inventory drinks, snacks, and liquor at the conclusion of flight
• Enforce and advise passengers of safety instructions
• Perform specific duties in emergency situations
• Overnights will be required quite often
• Trips will vary from 4 to 14 hours per day

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous part 135, 121, or 91 flight attendant experience preferred but not required
• MUSThave a valid US passport upon application, no exception
• Must be legal to work within the United States and be able to travel in and out of the country without restrictions
• No taller than 5'9" (due to cabin height)
• Must own a cell phone
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, and nights with minimal notice
• Must be image conscious with excellent personal grooming to always be able to convey a positive company image
• Must be able to sit and/or stand inside an aircraft for periods of up to 4 hours or longer
• Must be extremely customer service oriented and be able to precisely follow directions and procedures ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Must be able to memorize large amounts of information in a short time
• Must not have visible tattoos or facial piercings
• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English
• Must successfully complete a 10-year background check, FBI fingerprint check, pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing
• Must not have been convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI/DUI) within the past 10 years
