541 Roofing & Heat Coil is a trusted, veteran owned roofing company serving Central Oregon. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, repairs, heat coil systems, and roof replacements. Our team values quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and teamwork.

*Position:*

We are seeking an *experienced roofer* who is reliable, hardworking, and skilled in multiple roofing systems. The most important qualification for this role is hands-on experience with flat roofing, specifically metal and TPO systems. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and with a team, performing repairs and installations safely and efficiently.

*Pay:*

Starting at *$35/hour*

*Responsibilities:*

* Perform *repairs and installations* on various roofing systems.

* Handle *flat roofing work*.

* Diagnose and repair leaks and storm damage.

* Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.

* Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum *4–5 years of roofing experience* (flat roofing experience required).

* Must have a valid driver’s license.

* Ability to lift 75 lbs and work safely at heights.

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* Must be dependable and punctual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
