Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

We are a national staffing firm, located in Tampa, and are currently looking for new members to join our team as a Recruiter! We provide training for entry level as well! Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply to this exciting opportunity!

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to make 75-150 phone calls per day.
• Update resumes with job specific requirements using MS Word.
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Go getter, self-motivated individuals apply.
• Ability to retain information at a high level is Required!
• Talent Acquisition Specialist experience preferred
• Proper writing skills with a relentless attention to detail is Required!
• Intermediate computer skills Required!
• Background in hospitality, sales, customer service, call centers, people-oriented positions.
