This individual will translate of wide range of marketing materials from English to Spanish for the company, including sale flyers, store signing, radio spots, catalogues, product packaging and more. Editing and proofing of translated pieces at all stages of production is also a key responsibility. While marketing contest is the focus of the position, requests for translation of documents from other departments such as Legal, Real Estate, IT and Human Resources will often occur as well. Essential Job Functions Serve as Spanish translator for all necessary marketing materials as well as any internal company information. Translate technical automotive terms and phrases. Provide support for incoming Spanish calls. Maintain Spanish translation database. Translate documents for all internal departments. Proof internal and external Spanish language materials. Assist with special departmental projects as needed. Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities Required: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English High school diploma required; Bachelor's with emphasis in Spanish preferred Work experience and strong technical proficiency in translating materials from English to Spanish Proficient and accurate in data entry and 10-key Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (especially Word and Excel) Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired O’Reilly Auto Parts Store experience or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Queries or similar College degree with emphasis in Marketing or Advertising O’Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.
