Job Title: Electronic Technician
Location: Taylor, TX
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Overview:
Openwork is currently seeking a Electronic Technician to join our team in Taylor, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in maintenance, electrical repair, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
