We are seeking a meticulous and highly detail-oriented Document Proofreader & Editor to review and edit lease agreements and other critical business documents. The ideal candidate has exceptional word processing and editing skills, a

keen eye for detail, and the ability to spot and correct grammatical, punctuation, and formatting errors with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proofread and edit lease agreements and other business documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  2. Ensure documents are free of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and typographical errors
  3. Format documents in alignment with company standards and templates
  4. Cross-check information for consistency and legal correctness
  5. Work closely with operations, legal and administrative teams to finalize documents efficiently and accurately
  6. Maintain version control and document tracking processes
