JOB DESCRIPTION

Digital Print & Mailroom Operator

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay Rate: $19/hour (W2)

Duration: 6 Months

Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM + a few weekdays (TBD with manager)


Position Overview:
You'll operate large production-class printers and inserters, handle sensitive healthcare documents, and ensure timely processing of mail in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
This is a physically active role where you'll be on your feet most of the shift and required to lift up to 50 lbs.



Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain large digital production printers
• Load/unload paper, clear paper jams, and replenish stock regularly
• Fold, insert, and prepare printed documents for mailing using inserter machines
• Review print job documentation and ensure accuracy before processing
• Print, insert, apply postage, and complete processing within strict deadlines
• Perform general mailroom tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Work efficiently using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to process changes as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience with digital copiers , inserters , or mailing machines
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to multitask and meet tight turnaround times
• Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes or procedures
