We are looking for a talented Digital Consultant on a contract basis to support our client in Farmington Hills, Michigan. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR department and other stakeholders to develop compelling marketing strategies and impactful employer branding content. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital strategy who can help elevate branding efforts and drive engagement. This is a remote, part-time role, offering short-term employment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Create visually appealing flyers, graphics, and social media videos showcasing the organization's values, services, and benefits.

• Collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to align content with broader branding goals.

• Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads and website updates.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine strategies.

• Design and implement social media plans to effectively communicate the organization's message.

• Oversee the planning and execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Provide expert guidance and training to enable the team to manage content independently over time.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's digital presence remains competitive.

• At least 5 years of experience in digital project management or a related field.
• Proficiency in designing and managing social media campaigns that drive engagement.
• Strong skills in creating digital strategies and executing marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics for performance tracking and optimization.
• Ability to develop high-quality content such as graphics, videos, and written materials.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
