This individual will collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to ensure data integrity across HR systems and provide actionable insights to drive strategic HR decision-making.The ideal candidate will have deep experience in HR analytics, strong technical proficiency with BI and data tools, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
