KPI Land Resources, LLC is looking for a contract title landman with 2+ years of experience for a long-term Mineral Aquisition title and due diligence project.
Responsibilities
Landman will be responsible for ownership verifications and title research on mineral acquisitions for a client. Work will predominately be using online records for title research. Will prepare MOR and run sheets for all title confirming mineral ownership, NPRI's, ORRI's, and other interests being acquired and identifying any curative needed prior to closing.
Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of experience in Oil and Gas title research. Member of the AAPL is a plus.
