The attorney will be responsible for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases, representing debtors from all walks of life across Arizona. We have a fun, friendly, and flexible work environment. Come join us! Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
• Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
• Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
• Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required
• Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
• Current member of State Bar of Arizona in good standing
