Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Superintendent to oversee daily operations on construction sites. In this role, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest safety and quality standards. You will be a key part of our team, providing leadership on-site and ensuring that the construction process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations on construction sites.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site labor and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Schedule and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
  • Manage project logistics and resources to minimize downtime and delays.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Ability to travel within the state of Nevada for project needs.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
