Job Title: Superintendent

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (DOE) + Benefits

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Superintendent with deep expertise in concrete construction to oversee and manage a range of commercial projects across Georgia. You will be responsible for coordinating field operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering work on time and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations related to concrete foundations, slabs, walls, and structural elements
• Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
• Supervise subcontractors and in-house crews to ensure quality control and productivity
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other site leadership to meet scheduling and budget goals
• Monitor job site safety and enforce company standards and OSHA compliance
• Resolve on-site challenges with practical, cost-effective solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Superintendent role specializing in concrete work
• Strong knowledge of commercial concrete techniques, materials, and structural requirements
• Proven experience managing crews and subcontractors across multiple phases of construction
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel to and work across project sites in Georgia
