About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing general contractor based in the Milwaukee area, known for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial construction projects. As their project portfolio continues to expand, they’re looking to add a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site construction efforts to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Oversee day-to-day operations including subcontractor coordination, project scheduling, and quality control
• Foster a strong culture of safety and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate schedules, budgets, and project timelines
• Successfully manage complex commercial and industrial projects valued at $25 million and above
• Build and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects ($20M+) in the commercial or industrial sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance on active job sites
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and the ability to enforce standards consistently
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
