Job Summary:

As a community marketing representative, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to engage and grow our relationships in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford areas, fostering relationships, and driving brand awareness and loyalty. This involves creating and sharing content, responding to community feedback, and analyzing community engagement. You will also help plan and execute events, build partnerships, and work to understand community needs and preferences.

Duties & Responsibilities

These include but are not limited to:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport pharmaceutical products to designated locations, as needed.
• Utilize GPS for efficient route planning and timely deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
• Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar.
• Assist in creating engaging and shareable content for the company’s promotional efforts.
• Provide community feedback to the pharmacy.
• Assist in planning and executing community initiatives and programs.
• Help find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
• Participate in social events, corporate events, and workshops.

• A reliable vehicle.
• 6 months - 1 year of proven delivery driving experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS navigational devices.
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Ability to lift heavy packages, etc.
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.
• A polite and professional disposition.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., at rush hour).
• High School Diploma preferred.

Proficiency in any of the following languages is highly encouraged:

• Spanish
