Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with the Communications Manager to create, coordinate, and deliver impactful messaging for internal and external audiences. You will play a key part in drafting compelling communication materials, managing press and media relations, and supporting high-profile campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft clear, engaging communication materials for campaigns across various platforms.
• Provide timely daily updates and assist in distributing important communications as needed.
• Build and maintain targeted press and media lists to support outreach strategies.
• Monitor media coverage and compile press clip packages for leadership review.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events, ensuring successful execution and promotion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4–6 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to write, edit, and produce high-quality content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in compiling media lists, monitoring coverage, and managing press materials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and communication platforms is a plus.
