We are a dynamic, growth-oriented commercial construction firm with a strong presence across the Mid-Atlantic region. Our projects span office, retail, higher education, healthcare, and multi-family sectors, and we’re looking for an experienced Business Developer to expand our market reach and build lasting client relationships.

Your Role:

 

As our Business Developer, you'll lead strategic efforts to identify, pursue, and secure new commercial construction opportunities across diverse sectors. You’ll work directly with executive leadership, estimating, and operations teams to convert relationships into contracts and contracts into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies targeting commercial construction opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic
• Generate and manage leads, cultivate relationships with developers, architects, brokers, and owners
• Leverage your existing network to uncover new projects and maintain a steady sales pipeline
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in commercial construction business development, sales, or marketing
• Deep understanding of the Mid-Atlantic construction market and industry players
• Strong knowledge across multiple market sectors: office, retail, higher ed, healthcare, and multi-family
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to results
